When Midea, one of the world’s largest home appliance manufacturers, launched its air-conditioning range into the UK, BIG helped turn a global name into a brand the UK HVAC market could see, experience and believe in.

The launch event wasn't simply about making an entrance. It was designed to get customers hands-on with the products, experience the technology and understand the quality behind the brand.

We created an interactive iPad product demonstration linked to a ScratchCard competition mechanic — generating more than 3,000 product demonstrations in just three days and creating a valuable sales pipeline for the new business.

And the launch was only the beginning.

For the first three years, BIG supported the brand across customer engagement, incentive programmes, events, brochures, social media and ongoing marketing — helping Midea build momentum in the UK market.
